Manage the guest list
The Participants tab is where you will spend most of your time. It is a list, a filter and a search box — and it is always current, because the guests maintain it themselves.
Statuses
Every guest sits in exactly one status, and the tabs across the top filter by it:
- Registered — they said yes and are coming.
- Waitlist — they said yes after the event hit capacity.
- Not reacted — invited, but has not answered. This is the group you nudge.
- Declined — they said no. Kept, so you do not invite them twice by accident.
- Attending — checked in at the door on the day.
- No-show — registered but never arrived.
You can change a status by hand — promote someone off the waiting list, or record a phone cancellation — with Save status.
Searching and counting
The search box matches names and email addresses; press Enter to run it. Under the table a line reads "Showing 24 of 112 participants", so you always know whether you are looking at the whole list or a slice of it.
Companions
Where you allow it, a guest can bring a companion — a +1. Companions count towards capacity and towards your plan's guest limit, and they appear on the caterer's list, because they eat too.
Answers
Every question you added to the registration form becomes a column. Dietary notes, song requests and arrival days are all right there beside the name, which is the point of asking them at registration rather than by email in March.
Personal links
Two actions per guest are worth knowing:
- Copy personal invitation link — resend an invitation to one person directly.
- Open personal page — see exactly what that guest sees, useful when someone says "it does not work".
Bounced addresses
When an email address rejects our mail or the recipient marks it as spam, the guest gets a bounced badge. It means the last email did not arrive. Check the address for a typo, fix it, and resend — this is the one email statistic that is completely reliable, and finding these two weeks before the event rather than the day after is worth the whole feature.
Exporting
Two buttons above the list: ⬇ CSV and ⬇ Excel. Both include the full list with all answers — for seating plans, for the venue, or simply for your own peace of mind about having a copy.
Deleting a guest
Delete permanently removes the person and their answers. It is immediate and cannot be undone. For erasing everyone at once after the event, see privacy and guest data.
