Build the page
Name, date, venue and description. Pick a theme, an accent colour and a typeface — elegant serif, modern sans or playful rounded. A live preview shows exactly what guests will see.
Ask your questions
Name, email and the attend-or-decline choice are always there. Drag in your own: dietary restrictions, song requests, bus or own car, which day they arrive.
Open registration

Your guests' data, treated properly
A guest list is full of names, addresses and — once you ask about food — information that European law treats as sensitive. Invitatum is built in Finland and takes that seriously, so you do not have to become an expert in it.

Invitatum runs on European infrastructure and works with named processors only. Payments are handled by Paddle as merchant of record, which means VAT is calculated, collected and filed for you — your receipt comes from a registered seller, not from a hobby project.

Questions people ask first
Do my guests need an account?
No. They open your link, answer the questions and they are done. Everyone gets a personal page where they can change or cancel their answer later — no password anywhere.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. The free plan lets you build a complete event, publish the page and register one guest — yourself — so you can walk the whole path a real guest would walk before you decide.
Is it in Finnish?
Yes, fully. Both the app and the guest-facing pages exist in English and Finnish, and you choose the language your guests see for each event separately.
What happens to the guest list after the party?
It stays available while you need it, then guest details are anonymised automatically after the retention period you set — 365 days by default. You can also erase everything by hand the moment the event is over.
Can two of us manage the same event?
Yes. Invite people to your organisation by email. Members can edit events and manage guests; deleting events, purging guest data and billing stay with the owner.
