"Fair use" means there is a high daily ceiling that exists to stop a compromised account from sending spam — not to limit real events. You will not meet it.
Billing questions
Which one do I want for a wedding?
Single event, 25 €. One payment, one event, covered permanently — including the months of planning before it and the guest list afterwards. A monthly plan only makes sense if you are running several events a year.
Do the prices include VAT?
Yes. Paddle is the seller of record for Invitatum, which means it calculates, collects and files VAT for your country. The price you see is the price you pay, and your receipt comes from a registered seller.
What happens if I cancel a monthly plan?
Nothing until the period you have already paid for ends — the app shows the exact date. After that the account returns to Free. Nothing is deleted. Events that exceed the free limits have their guest list hidden until you resubscribe or buy a single-event licence for them — you still see how many people registered, and everything reappears the moment the event is covered again.
My plan lapsed. Can my guests still register?
For 14 days, yes — a grace period so a failed card does not strand anyone mid-invitation. After that the guest page says registration is temporarily closed, and reopens the instant the event is covered again.
Can guests always reach their own data?
Always, on every plan, including a lapsed one. Downloading and erasing your own data is a right under GDPR and it never depends on the organiser paying us.
Can I upgrade in the middle of planning?
Yes, at any point. Open Plan & billing in your profile, choose the plan or licence, and the new limits apply as soon as the payment confirms. Everything you have already built stays exactly as it is.
Do you take a cut of ticket sales?
Invitatum does not sell tickets or take payments from your guests. You pay for the tool; what happens with money between you and your guests is outside it.
